Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns on all non–final sale items within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags still attached—to qualify. Every return will be inspected upon receipt. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or dirt may incur a fee or be returned to the sender.
We provide free returns for U.S. exchanges and refunds issued as store credit. For returns refunded to the original payment method, a $6.00 return fee will be deducted from your final refund.
We provide hassle-free exchanges for all US customers. You can swap your item for the same product in a different size, or choose to exchange it for a completely different item of your choice.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any item discounted by 50% or more is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopnoorcollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
